Here is my process
What I tried:
- uninstalling & re-installing rails and railties
- updates rails from 4.2.5 > 4.2.8
- bundle install
As for the BigDecimal below, I have uninstalled it and re-installed the gem. I also changed the use of BigDecimal.new() to BigDecimal() as indicated when I researched this online.
